DECREE OF A NATIONAL MOURNING

By humbly submitting to the absolute authority of God Creator of the heavens and earth, one that determines life of all beings, from the Central Headquarters (HQs) of West Papua Army:

We make this announcement to all human communities in the world, particularly the army and police commanders, and heads of government of the Melanesian countries, Pacific Islands Countries, Oceania and Asia.

And to all communities of beings in New Guinea Island and all islands across Melanesia; all commanders and troops fighting to Free West Papua in the jungles, villages, towns, and those around the world, all citizens of West Papua wherever you are:

The passing of our great Revolutionary Leader of Free West Papua, the Right Honourable:

Cause:                                     Illness and old age.

Burial Protocol:                       Will be organised by Secretariat-General of WPRA

On Duty of Revolution:            From 1966 – 2025

We hereby announce “National Mourning” for Papua Nation, Melanesian race from April 12th, 2025 until April 24th, 2025.

All peoples of West Papua and Papua New Guinea are ordered to coordinate with all Regional Defence Commanders and The Secretariat-General to join the protocols in Military Funeral in Yako Village, Sandaun Province, Papua New Guinea.
