The State Funeral of West Papua Army Supreme Commander, the Late Chief General Matahias Wenda

The Secretariat-General of West Papua Revolutionary Army (WPRA) hereby would like to announce:

1. 1. The Official/ State Funeral Service of the Late Chief General Mathias Wenda, the Supreme Commander of West Papua Army (WPA) will happen as of today, 25 April 2025;
   2. The place of the ceremony at Yako Village, Central HQs of  WPA;
   3. The Funeral Service will be organised by Protocols of the Office of the President of the United Liberation Movement for West Papua, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea;
   4. Troops from the Battalion 001 of the WPA and Secretariat-General West Papua Revolutionary Army (WPRA) will be involved in the ceremony.
   5. Speech will be delivered by the President of the Provisional Government of the ULMWP, Hon Benny Wenda;
   6. Additional Speeches are available for representatives from Members of Parliament and Government Officials from Papua New Guinea.
   7. The history of the Late Chief General WPRA Mathias L Wenda will be presented by his fellow bare-foot traveler from Wamena to Vanimo in 1977, High Rangking Officer Piter Tabuni.

Dengan ini diumumkan dari Sekretariat-Jenderal West Papua Revolutionary Army (WPRA) bahwa

1. Upacara Kenegaraan Pemakanan Alm. Chief General Mathias Wenda selaku Panglima Komando Markas Pusat Pertahanan West Papua Army (WPA) akan berlangsung pada hari ini 25 April 2025;
2. Tempat Upacara Pemakaman akan berlangsung di Kampung Yako, MPP WPA;
3. Upacara akan diselenggarakan oleh Protokoler Sekretariat Pemerintah Sementara United Liberation Movement for West Papua
4. Pasukan Sekretariat-General, Battalion 001 West Papua Army akan menyelenggarakan Upcara Pemakaman.
5. Pidato Pertama akan disampaikan oleh President Pemerintah Sementara ULMWP;
6. Pidato Kedua dan ketiga akan disampaikan oleh perwakilan Anggota Parlemen dan Pemerintah Papua New Guinea.
7. Dalam Upacara ini akan dibacakan Riwayat Hidup Chief General Mathias L Wenda oleh Perwira Tinggi WPA (TPN/OPM) Piter Tabuni sebagai teman perjalanan rimba New Guinea, Perwira Tinggi terlama berbakti bersama Chief General Mathias Wenda sepanjang hidupnya.
